I have built and exited

PhD in Food Technology. MSc in Nutrition and Biomedicine. I founded a food-tech startup in Berlin, raised over €7 million, took a plant-based product from formulation to market, and exited.
I've raised money, navigated co-founder conflict, survived a funding winter that took out other companies around me. I have learned exactly which scientific decisions cost you later and which ones save you.
